Depression

You may be suffering with mild, moderate or severe depression after experiencing a difficult and challenging time. 

Depression is hard to face alone. 

It can be a lonely and isolating journey; it can also be extremely debilitating.   

Each person can respond differently as they negotiate their personal health issues, relationship difficulties, traumatic life events, financial and work pressures, loss, loneliness, post-natal depression or PTSD. 

Working through these unwelcome pressures, stresses and strains that may be affecting your mental wellbeing will take time, but you can eventually lead a better life. 

I work closely with NHS guidelines with each individual by giving support alongside any medication you may be on.   

I follow the counselling process of attentive listening and reflection to help bring relief from difficult feelings of sadness and misery.
